Feasibility (week 1-2, free)
- Free site visit by lead engineer
- Structural and irradiance modelling
- Roof / car park layout assessment
- Indicative system size + capex range
- ROI modelling — simple + after-AIA payback
- Written feasibility report delivered within 5 working days of visit

Design & Consents (week 2-18)
- Concept to detailed structural and electrical design
- Full planning application via Local Planning Authority
- DNO G99 connection application (and G100 if needed)
- Building regulations submission
- Heritage / Conservation Officer consultation if relevant
- Free PSDS / Salix grant application drafting (public-sector)
- 100% planning approval record across 32 UK projects to date

Procurement & Build Commitment (week 18-22)
- Tier-1 panel + inverter procurement (Trina, Longi, JA Solar, JinkoSolar, SMA, SolarEdge, Sungrow, Huawei)
- Steel-frame carport fabrication (6-10 week lead time)
- EV charger procurement (Alfen, EO, Pod Point, ABB, Wallbox)
- Battery storage procurement if specified
- Finance drawdown (capital, asset finance, PPA or Salix)
- Final commit-to-build sign-off

Build & Commissioning (week 22-28)
- Site mobilisation, welfare, Traffic Management Plan
- Pad-and-screw or driven-pile foundations (typically 1-2 weeks)
- Steel frame erection (1-2 weeks)
- PV panel install + DC cabling (1-2 weeks)
- AC commissioning, G99 protection relay testing, DNO sign-off
- MCS certification, monitoring portal setup, handover and customer training

Operate & Maintain (year 1-25)
- Day 1: switch-on, MCS certificate issued
- Optional 25-year O&M wrap: £8-£12/kWp/yr
- Annual cleaning (de-ionised water brush)
- Quarterly remote monitoring + fault response SLA
- Panel and inverter warranty management on your behalf
- Year 10 inverter swap-out planning (panels remain to 25 yr)
- End-of-life decommissioning planning at year 23-24
